Previously, I scaled an AI investment platform from 0 to 1, boosted customer retention through guided user onboarding journeys, designed B2B infrastructures such as the CRM Platform, Inventory Management system, Fintech Screener, and Ad-tech Subscription Manager.
I’ve completed product design projects in mostly agile environments since 2018 such as Automotive ERP, Fintech/Banking, Sales CRM, AdTech Infrastructure, and most recently, Federal Administration.
Apart from UX problem-solving, I specialize in building token-based React design systems from scratch. I created one for Kristal.AI in 2019, last year I enhanced & maintained one for Eulerity. Today, I’m leading the efforts from scratch at FedPoint USA.
