I have scaled an AI investment platform from 0 to 1, boosted customer retention through guided user onboarding journeys, designed a B2B inventory management system, and successfully delivered three design systems across CRM, banking, and automotive industries.

the Industry.
Since 2018, I’ve spent time in the industry working as a UX Engineer, Researcher & Designer, solving complex B2B/B2C product challenges. I leverage data to uncover requirements, define success metrics, and guide projects from conception to completion, while adapting seamlessly to various SDLC methodologies, with several good years of experience in agile setups.
I strongly practice principles of cognitive psychology to design solutions for humans, that drive meaningful business impact. When working with cross functional teams, I balance dev effort with optimized solutions, all grounded in my strong foundation in UX, a discipline I have dedicated my time and effort to mastering since 2015.
