Whether it’s optimizing onboarding journeys, reimagining legacy workflows, or introducing automation in place of manual labor, I thrive at the intersection of technology, design, and business outcomes.
In 2022, before starting my Master’s program, I founded Fince—a platform designed to bridge the gap between financial advisors and the general public. This venture led me to study financial customer behavior and the psychology behind financial advisory. I spearheaded key activities such as user interviews, surveys, feedback analysis, and market research. Leveraging these insights, I meticulously designed a high-fidelity prototype for the investor ‘s pitch. Our solution effectively addressed a critical problem faced by 68.7% of our target audience.
