A UX Engineer turned Product Designer currently researching, planning & delivering accessible human-centered solutions for BENEFEDS.gov & LTCFEDS.gov at Fedpoint USA as a UX Specialist.
Previously, I scaled an AI investment platform from 0 to 1, boosted customer retention through guided user onboarding journeys, designed B2B infrastructures such as the CRM tool, FEDVIP insurance portal, Inventory Management system, Fintech screener, and Ad Subscription Manager.
With a background in Information Systems (HCI) and over 8 years of experience, I’ve designed complex B2B and B2C products across Automotive ERP, Fintech/Banking, Sales CRM, AdTech Infrastructure, and most recently, Federal Administration, solving real workflow challenges end-to-end.
Apart from UX problem-solving, I specialize in building token-based React design systems from scratch. I created one for Kristal.AI in 2019, last year I enhanced & maintained one for Eulerity. Today, I’m leading the efforts from scratch at FedPoint USA.
